Wed, 23 July 2008 ![]() Is it plain coincidence that this star is arrested for assault? The darkness of the Summer movie is deepening. Find out for yourself. The titles continue. 'The Dark Knight' actor Christian Bale was taken into custody by London police on Tuesday after his 61-year-old mother Jenny and 40-year-old sister Sharon claimed he assaulted them on Sunday. The incident is alleged to have taken place at London's Dorchester Hotel, where he is currently staying. Jenny and Sharon went to a police station in Hampshire to make the allegation of assault, and the case was passed on to the Metropolitan Police. A representative for the London force confirmed: "A 34-year-old man attended a London Police Station on Tuesday by appointment and was arrested in connection with an allegation of assault. He currently remains in custody." The darkness around Batman has deepened: While audiences were shattering weekend box-office records in the U.S., Christian Bale was in London, where his mother and sister reportedly leveled assault allegations against the star of "The Dark Knight" that have yet to become clear. http://podshoppingblog.com/moviereviews/batman.html Bale said the allegations were false Tuesday, hours after the Wales-born actor was arrested, questioned by London police and released on bail. The 34-year-old actor spent four hours talking with authorities but was not charged. British media reported that Bale's mother and sister told police he assaulted them at the Dorchester Hotel in London on Sunday night, a day before attending the European premiere of "The Dark Knight." The Sun newspaper said the complaint was filed by sister Sharon Bale and mother Jenny Bale. http://podshoppingblog.com/moviereviews/batman.html Financial Advice for Tough Economic Times http://ingodwetrustfinancial.blogspot.com http://personalfinancemoneymatters.blogspot.com http://mcmillinhomes.blogspot.com http://ifoundyourstuff.blogspot.com http://foundstuffpost.blogspot.com http://allopentextbooks.blogspot.com http://sponsorandfeedachild.blogspot.com
